Registered Massage therapists are trained and certified health care professionals that are committed to maintaining and restoring optimal health and pain free motion to the body. They use a multitude of techniques and modalities that they use to achieve the the harmonious balance within the body such as massage and manual therapy, myo-facial release, joint mobilizations, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, exercise physiology, stretching and strengthening methods and deep tissue sports massage. They use these methods of physical manipulation of soft tissue for the benefit of health, healing, prevention and recovery. Client centered care is the most important aspect to their work and you can count on each visit being assed for your individual needs.

Mr. Jonathan Aiken RMT

Jonathan is just your friendly neighborhood registered massage therapist. He has been practicing for over a decade since completing his 3-year studies at the Okanagan college of Massage therapy in 2008. Since then he’s had the amazing opportunities to work with Olympic athletes and travel with cirque du Soleil, during this time he discovered a love of sports medicine and of travel, practicing in six different countries around the world. In his travels he has learned more techniques and added more tools to his tool belt that help him offer a complete and effective treatment tailored to each individual.

Many of his techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports and deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, lomi-lomi as well as Eastern work as a Reiki master, have taught him the importance of treating the whole person and he will bring that to the table at every treatment.
